We ask for a credit or debit card number with each booking in order to hold your reservation. This is requested as a guarantee against your non-arrival or late cancellation (see below). Furthermore, if you are delayed, you have the peace of mind in knowing that your room will be held for you.
All bookings must be guaranteed on a valid credit or debit card in the guest’s name, with an expiry date which is after the date of departure.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, JCB, Switch,Amex.
Bills can be settled either with cash, sterling (or sterling travellers’) cheque, or credit/debit card. Please note that we charge a 3% surcharge for credit/debit card payment and 5% surcharge for Amex payment.
