Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by
us for any refund to be made.

Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance of arrival - half
the total cost payable.

Cancellations made up to 7 days in advance of arrival - total
booking cost payable.
This is the most that you would pay for cancellation at short notice.
If we manage to fill the availability we will endeavour to reduce this
as much as possible.
Booking:

We ask for a credit or debit card number with each booking in order
to hold your reservation. This is requested as a guarantee against
your non-arrival or late cancellation (see below). Furthermore,
if you are delayed, you have the peace of mind in knowing that your
room will be held for you.

All bookings must be guaranteed on a valid credit or debit card
in the guest's name, with an expiry date which is after the
date of departure.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, JCB, Switch (NB. we
do not accept Amex).

Bills can be settled either with cash, sterling (or sterling travellers')
cheque, or credit/debit card. Please note that we charge a 3% surcharge
for
credit/debit card payment.

If a credit or debit card is not available, a deposit equalling
half the total bill must be received within 14 days of arrival.
